The Chamber of Commerce (or board of trade)...as defined by Wikipedia is a form of business network, e.g., a local organization of businesses whose goal is to further the interests of businesses. Business owners in towns and cities form these local societies to advocate on behalf of the business community. Now this may make sense in the technical sense of the term but what does it really mean to you? Before you answer this question, take the time to really think about what the Chamber and your membership can do for each other. As a team, the Chamber of Commerce and your business can and should advocate for each other. So in short...let's do this! Let's work together to buld our relationship and make it stronger than ever. The Chamber always welcomes your suggestions, concerns, and of course all of your creative ideas!
