The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce and Farm Credit will be hosting this year's 41st Annual Farm City Festival. The festival will begin with the November Power Breakfast to be held at Rivertown Community Church. Following the breakfast and presentation of awards, there will be an antique tractor drive through town and a static display of the tractors at Madison Park and around the Court House. A lawnmower pull will begin at 6pm at the Jackson County Agricultural Center on Highway 90. On Saturday, November 22, the morning activities will begin with farm tours. The tickets for the farm tours must be purchased in advance. Following the farm tours, antique tractor pulls will take place. Food vending and crafters will be provided both days.
